We enjoyed several years of good service from Badenoch Real Estate as property managers. We have always found that they take extra care in looking after their customers, be they landlords or tenants. The latter is especially important, because a satisfied tenant is a good tenant and that is what a landlord wants and needs.

The quality of their staff is invariably high and Heather provides professional leadership to a great team, it seems to us.

In addition, this year Badenoch handled a property sale for us. Again, the quality of the service they provided us, though Symon and Mickayla, was very high, and the sale process was both smooth and very satisfactory for us.

We would definitely use Badenoch again for further property sales and are happy to continue our relationship with them as property managers.
