The house we sold was somewhat unusual. Other agents would not give us an expected sale price, and said that we would only find out its value by auctioning it. Symon took the time to evaluate the house properly, and didn't try to pressure us into an auction. We ended up selling by private treaty, and were happy with the result. Throughout the process Symon and Lucia were friendly, courteous and competent. We would have found it much more stressful without them. Highly recommended.
