Our Process

We are dedicated to the sales process from start to finish, providing a personalised service. We use tailored property marketing, strong negotiation skills and we manage the process right up until settlement.

There is a reasonwe have a long history of selling the majority of properties that we list! It is because we work harder than any other agent to achieve successful results.

An agent’s commission or fee should always be part of the profit, not the selling cost. Our negotiating skills will improve your opportunities to achieve an above market price. A poor negotiator will cost you $10,000’s!  We are more than happy to demonstrate our skills when we appraise your home so you can decide for yourself.

The house we sold was somewhat unusual. Other agents would not give us an expected sale price, and said that we would only find out its value by auctioning it. Symon took the time to evaluate the house properly, and didn't try to pressure us into an auction. We ended up selling by private treaty, and were happy with the result. Throughout the process Symon and Lucia were friendly, courteous and competent. We would have found it much more stressful without them. Highly recommended.
