We have all been going very well and have settled into our new house, we are now just working on making it into our home but we couldn't be happier! Badenoch RE has been managing my property for the last six years. In that time I have not had one single problem with tenants, or releasing the property. Badenoch have always produced “Top Rent Dollar” and vacancy time frames have not been more than seven days between tenants. Most of the time tenants resigned the property for another 12 months. All of this was done with a minimal of fuss as Badenoch managed the property proactively. Since this time, I have brought several properties. These properties were not in the ACT so I couldn’t use Badenoch RE as my Property Mangers. Most of these properties had high vacancy rates, and large numbers of tenant problems. It is at this time I found out how efficient and cost effective Badenoch are. We were really happy with our recent sale. We are and always will be grateful for your counsel, persistence and calmness through some very trying times that eventuated in a pretty successful conclusion. We happily provide the following for you to use as you see fit. Our story with Symon and Heather Badenoch began when we moved interstate and engaged them to manage our pride and joy as a rental. We learnt of their professionalism, care and reliability through our neighbor, a former work colleague of Wayne’s who had also entrusted their family home to Badenoch Real Estate for years too. To the Prospective Badenoch Client, I have had a relationship with Badenoch's for over 15 years, either as a renter, a property owner and recently, a property seller.
