Hello Symon, It is with great pleasure that I write to you to commend your staff member, Natalie Kokic Schmidt. As you are probably aware, Natalie acted on behalf of my daughter in the pursuit of selling her unit at the above address. This was a difficult sale in many ways, including the fact that my daughter was out of the country and not always contactable during the whole procedure. Natalie's performance throughout this difficult ordeal was excellent. Buying and selling of properties is often an emotional time for many people and the inattention of an agent, the first line of contact, can and often does cause frustration and stress. I would like to say that Natalie handled this matter with an unusual combination of professionalism and personal care. She tackled every one of the many problems that arose promptly, with eagerness, common sense and a comforting sense of humour. There were many times that Natalie went far beyond what I would expect from an agent. She presented on every occasion as a polite, professional and sweet young lady, and I thank her sincerely for her involvement.
